Rio Redux

I was kind of missing Rio the other day, so I decided to dig through my old photos. While going through the photos I realized there were a number of photos I never shared, so here is a random assortment of photos from one of the most beautiful cities on the planet.

This might come as a surprise and shock to many people, but over the past few months I have been giving serious thought to going back to school to study architecture.

I've always had an interest in architecture. When i was akid I used to love drawing cityscapes, and always liked the use of lines and forms. All of that has crossed over into my photography as well. In addition, for almost 6 years I have been doing administrative/office management work at an architecture and interior design firm in SF. I am lucky enough to be friends with and work with some very talented people, and to say that they haven't had an influence on me over the years would be a lie. It's given me a unique perspective on this field of study as a career.

The truth is I'm not sure I have it in my to spend the time sitting in a classroom again (or really want to pay the tuition).  But you never know what might happen...
